The Customer Service at RS Hughes is top-notch. Andrew Kaufman is a very reputable source and maintains a high level of engagement with us. We seldom experience delivery issues and mostly everything is well in stock, with the exception of the Co-vid 19 Pandemic. Thank you kindly for your support!

Ryan this kind of feedback is so helpful for us to hear. We'll pass on your comments to Andrew.

The only disappoint that we have is the lag in delivery or availability of products that we purchase. I am sure this is due to the pandemic so I am sure that you do not have much control.

You're right Cindy, we have been affected by the pandemic, but it means a lot to us to have customers sticking with us and willing to be flexible when issues arise. Thanks for the review!
