RTA Direct was superb in customer service and quality of product. Extremely helpful and professional in design stages and prompt with delivery. Can not say enough good about the whole experience and you should see the new kitchen.

We would highly recommend this company…
We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is look for great cabinets. The price we paid is very reasonable, and we got wonderful products to show. The shipment did not take that long to arrive to our house. Over all we are highly satisfied with the company products and services.

My purchase experience with RTA direct was Very pleasant. Their customer service was very helpful and caring, the cabinets’ quality are very nice and sturdy and they offer very accessible prices. My kitchen cabinets are beautiful. Thank you!

Great quality - even better customer service
I recently ordered some cabinets from RTADIRECT. The experience was great from the first interaction when I had some questions regarding specific product measurements to placing my order. Once my cabinets were delivered, I realized I ordered one cabinet that was the wrong size. I contacted customer support since shipping for this new cabinet very expensive... RTADIRECT stepped up and helped with cover the cost of shipping. Who says customer service is dead?!? In addition to their great customer service, the cabinets appears to be of very good quality.

Best Quality Wood Cabinets
We did a ton of research on wood cabinets. The cabinet quality is the best we found, and we appreciate the constant timely communication on the design ideas. The shipping was amazing and dropped in our garage because we had it all ready and emptied. Our kitchen is now the best in town! It is truly Pintrest worthy. The payment plan was ideal to finance the project over 6 months.
