Great people, great customer service. Project ended up looking better than expected

I had an amazing experience working with RTA Wood Cabinets, especially with Hadassah Youshaei. She was so beyond helpful and made sure I had everything we needed. She helped show me a few different layouts and made great suggestions! The process for us took a while and had some revisions, but Hadassah was great with it all, as well as her manager. Delivery was great considering it was being shipped to the Outerbanks. No scratches or issues. We are so happy with everything.

I bought cabinets from RTA wood cabinets for 5 different rooms in my home. The cabinet quality was exceptional not to mention my designer Shani was incredibly helpful and really held my hand throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend RTA wood cabinets!

A good experience, the product was as described, the price is great and the purchase and shipping process was smooth. I have read some horror stories about buying RTA cabinets on line but that was not my experience. My advisor, Toby, was excellent in every way. She was responsive, answered all of my questions and was very professional.

As someone who works in interior design - I highly recommend RTA. I used them for my own kitchen renovation and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Phil, who made the process a breeze, wasted no time and provided excellent customer service. I purchased my cabinets assembled, and the price was unbeatable. They came very neatly packaged, protected and were easy for my contractor to build and install. Kitchen design made easy!

Low quality, they also discontinued the line I bought in less than 2 years. No replacement parts. Bad form from any distributor.

We purchased an entire kitchen . Hadassah was patient and offered great suggestions. We ordered both assembled and unassembled cabinets. Everything shipped quickly. I will say that I probably would not order preassembled again. They used staples, where we used screws. They went a little overboard on the amount of staples and did not clean up glue well. Also a few of the glides were missing screws. All minor things. The reassembled cabinets definitely saved us time though. RTA was very responsive replacing a cabinet that was damaged. I would definitely recommend buying from them. Very happy.
