Unbelievable customer service and fantastic quality from RTA Wood Cabinets! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, easy to talk to, and gave great advice while helping me set everything up. The initial delivery was super quick. Later, when I realized I was still missing a few items, they literally got them to me the exact same day. I am absolutely thrilled with the excellent quality of the cabinets. Highly recommend!

Their communication or lack there of whether you order through them or another one of their wholesalers their time frames are bogus, and the product is subpar compared to other solid wood cabinets

I wasn't informed of delivery being outside my home in a crate. So I wasn't prepared to get my items inside. Additionally at the time I just had knee surgery. I felt I should have got a heads up.

The cabinets themselves are great. We love them. It was the process and the service that made me rate low. We only received 1 of the 2 pallets of cabinets. Some items were damaged. Replacement took forever. Eventually both the missing and replacement pallet showed up. We were honest and reported the duplicate delivery which was later picked up. My frustration was in communication and the "delivery isn't our problem" attitude. Overall, we would NOT choose RTA again. There are several other options out there to choose from. Our entire build was not only delayed but pretty much stopped because of this, and the level of care or concern from RTA was absolutely nonexistent.

Delivered on time. All boxes arrived in good condition without damage, everything accounted for. My finished RTA cabinets turned out beautiful. Wasn't my first rodeo with RTA cabinets so I have no reviews on included instructions. My biggest hiccup is that I ordered a 36 inch base cabinet with 2 slide out drawers. I had to use my own ingenuity to configure this set up to place the drawer slides and make a front bar for the front face of the slides / drawer weight to rest on.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am a homeowner who was looking for an alternative to the extremely expensive cabinet quotes I was receiving for my remodel. I did quite a bit of research and found very little information online—positive or negative—about RTA Wood Cabinets. I initially reached out with a few questions and did not receive a response, so I was admittedly hesitant when I decided to move forward with a request for a quote. From that point forward, however, every experience I had with RTA Wood Cabinets was exceptional. I had an excellent consultant who worked with me through the design every step of the way. I made multiple changes as my vision evolved, and they continued to accommodate those changes and help me create exactly what I was envisioning. I will admit that I was extremely nervous when it came time to actually place the order. It was still a substantial amount of money, and as a homeowner ordering cabinets online from a company I had found very little information about, it felt like a leap of faith. I took the chance, and I am very grateful that I did. The turnaround time was significantly shorter than any of the leading cabinet brands I had received quotes from. Delivery was arranged for a time that was convenient for me, and every cabinet in my order arrived undamaged and exactly as ordered. During installation, I found one door that had an unusual area of wood grain that caused the stain to take inconsistently. I took a photo, sent an email, and requested a replacement. The request was approved without hassle, and the replacement door arrived within days. That experience gave me even more confidence in the company because they stood behind their product after the sale. The doors, drawers, finishes, and hardware have all met my expectations. I also have several custom-sized cabinets, and RTA Wood Cabinets accommodated all of my sizing requests, which allowed me to create a kitchen that feels truly customized rather than like an off-the-shelf RTA kitchen. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with my cabinets. Yes, I saved a tremendous amount of money compared with the other quotes I received, but that isn’t the only reason I am happy with my decision. The quality, functionality, custom sizing, and final design are exactly what I had imagined for my home. My one suggestion for RTA Wood Cabinets would be to invest more in YouTube and other video content. I truly believe there are many DIY homeowners like me who would purchase these cabinets if they had access to more real-world content showing the product, ordering process, assembly, installation, and finished kitchens. We want to see it, understand it, and know that we can do it ourselves. I personally would have felt much more confident making such a large purchase if I had been able to find videos from homeowners documenting the process from ordering through installation. Hopefully, as the company grows, more of that content will become available. For anyone who has found RTA Wood Cabinets during their own research and is hesitant because there isn’t a tremendous amount of information online, I hope my experience helps with your decision. I took the chance, saved a substantial amount of money, received the customized kitchen I wanted, and would absolutely make the same decision again. Five stars from this DIY homeowner. — T
