Cabinets have been great and customer service has been beyond exceptional!

I bought these cabinets for an apartment that we are remodeling complexly I was very impressed with the quality of material used. the finish looks very good. Assemble of the plain cabinets was a breeze, the dia. & lazy Susan was a little difficult . the drawings were confusing to me.. They are on the wall & Floor now & look like a top cabinet maker installed them, Tks john Melenchick

I'm a contractor and have purchased many cabinets through Phil at rtawoodcabinets.com. He is and has always been easy to reach and thorough in putting together a quote for cabinets. The cabinets are all made of quality materials. With as many cabinets I have ordered over the years only a few minor issues have come up and are addressed quickly. Thanks again, I look forward to many more projects in the future.

This process has been completely frustrating and irritating. Shipping is a disaster, multiple packages damaged. I have to open them all up to check for damage because replacement process takes several days and I don't have days to wait. I would not ever use this company again, poor material quality, poor shipping, poor craftsmanship. The wood that's used on these cabinets is complete junk.

When we were looking at the cabinets online and had questions we did the live chat and Zack responded to us immediately and answered all of our questions. I also asked Zack if he could do a 3-D drawing of my kitchen layout using the cabinets I chose and he was very accommodating and emailed me the design when it was done. It was very helpful to see the layout and what my new kitchen would look like.

Great, quick communication, fast customer service

Bought from this company after checking out other reviews (not just on their website), all sounded good. Received a call from Phil (salesman) the day after sending an inquiry, a good sign. Communication remained excellent, though delivery was slow, due to the global supply chain situation. Phil worked with me on changes I made to the order, and was very helpful. Went with the JSI cabinets after reading good things about them, and am very satisfied with their quality and finish. Well-made and easy to assemble, but be sure to watch an assembly video, as the printed instructions are not very clear. The instructions are off a bit when it comes to the farm sink base and microwave cabinet, but they're not too hard to figure out.Also note, the sink base did not come with a back, so be prepared to supply one (or do without...). I would recommend both RTA Wood Cabinets and JSI cabinets!

Good customer service. We had a problem with one of the drawer fronts and RTA got it taken care of quickly.
