I had an amazing first experience. I won $150 of of my chips I got for registering. That was awesome! I had a little trouble with redemption, but once ai got ahold of customer support, they helped me with my documents and I got my money the same day.

RUBYCHIPS AND KINETIX VENTURES INC ARE FRAUDULENT AND WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! RUBYCHIPS MADE A CLAIM IT WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY BANK WHICH IS WHY THEY COULD’T PROCESS MY REDEEM OF $160. THEN AFTER THAT LIE WAS DISPELLED AND DEBUNKED RUBYCHIPS MADE ANOTHER BOGUS CKAIM THEY WERE HAVING TROUBLE VERIFYING MY CARD INFORMATION AFTER I GAVE THEM VERY SENSITIVE AND PERSONAL INFORMATION! THEN WITHOUT WARNING AND FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN NOT WANTING TO HOLD TO THEIR OBLIGATION OF PAYING ME MY WINNINGS, THEY PERMANENTLY BANNED MY ACCOUNT AND BLOCKED MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO BAR ME FROM HAVING CONTACT AND EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATING WITH RUBYCHIPS! I HAVE PROOF OF PAYPAL INFORMING ME RUBYCHIPS WAS THE REASON FOR MY WINNINGS NOT COMING THROUGH! ONCE RUBYCHIPS DENIED MY REDEEM AND BLOCKED ME FROM THE PLATFORM AND EMAILING THEM, THEY REFUNDED MY PAYMENT BUT I THOUGHT THEY HAD ISSUES WITH PAYPAL AND SENDING MONEY THERE?!?!? I HAVE THE EMAILS I HAVE THE UNDENIABLE PROOF OF MY INTERACTIONS WITH RUBYCHIPS ALONG WITH HUNDREDS OF OTHER TESTIMONIES OF RUBYCHIPS FRAUDULENT AND ILLEGAL GAMING BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL PRACTICES TOWARDS INDIVIDUALS WHO PATRON THEIR PLATFORMS! THE DOJ INFORMED ME THAT THEY COULD NOT ASSIST ME AND THAT RUBYCHIPS DOES NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION IN DELAWARE AND THAT MORE THAN LIKELY THEY ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED SOMEWHERE OVER SEAS I ALSO HAVE THAT EMAIL AS WELL! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLATFORM TO NO ONE AND I HAVE SPENT THE LAST 3 WEEKS SHOWING PEOPLE PROOF OF RUBYCHIPS MISMANAGEMENT IN ITS PLAYERS AND PATRONS! MY FB: CEDRIC ZION THERE IM PROVIDING ALL THE PROOF AND EVIDENCE RUBYCHIPS SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND USING IT AND ATTEMPTING TO HACK MY BANK ACCOUNT! ALSO EVIDENCE THEY ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT WARNING PERMANENTLY BANNED MY ACCOUNT AND BLOCKED MY EMAIL!
