Would not recommend!! Been trying to redeem winnings for 13 days now. I've been told every excuse imaginable and have tried 4 different cards to redeem to. I was told the issue was escalated to the finance department and i would get a response within 24hrs of a resolution....a week ago. Still nothing. Don't waste your money on this site!

Hi Lisa, thank you for your patience while we looked into this. It looks like the repeated attempts on different cards may have triggered extra security checks on our end, which added to the delay. For a smoother process going forward, we'd recommend redeeming to one consistent card. We're sorry for the inconvenience here. The RubyChips Team
