Just like every other scam game site out there. They all follow the same script x amount of free spins that they dont actually give you or this much in free SC that you get when you buy the right package and the 2 SC they actually do give you, you can only use on the game they say and you don't win there either. So its just another scam following the same script.

Hey there, Travis! 👑 We're sorry this purchase left you feeling misled, that's not how anyone should feel after picking up a package with us. If any of the free plays or SC from your offer didn't show up the way they should have, our team is already looking into your account to check exactly what was credited. Some promotional SC are tied to specific games under the offer terms, and we understand how limiting that feels when the results don't go your way. Thank you for telling us, and we appreciate the chance to look into this properly. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The Rubychips Team

These guys are trash definitely a scam lost everything I put in immediately didn’t even win a penny. These are Pathetic little crooks. WARNING DONT PLAY HERE! Ruby chips don’t reply with ur random number generator mumbo jumbo. Iv already flagged your fake trust pilot reviews but mainly , modulating live slot play is illegal and not tolerated. Also flagged this casino to the Gaming Bureau and submitted the evidence I screen recorded during my experience.

This is the absolute worst platform when it comes to RTP. Bonuses are tiny no matter what you were betting. I do not recommend this platform to anybody.

Hey there! 👑 Return to player figures are set by each game's developer for that specific title. Outcomes are determined by a random number generator, so results vary from session to session, and in-game features work the same way. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The Rubychips Team

Been dealing with a lot of lagging on the app. Or errors trying to purchase coins to play?
