I see all the negative comments and makes me think they spent more money then they should have chasing a win, and now there mad at this casino for that. I’m guilty of that as well at times. I however found signing up and verifying very fast and easy. I just submitted a redeem, so will update this review when it gets processed, but so far this casino gave me a good time and no issues so far. Keep up the good work guys!

Hey there, Royal! 👑 Thank you for sharing your experience and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused - we completely understand how stressful and time-consuming that process must have felt. 💎 We want to clarify one thing - our verification process is triggered specifically upon cashout, not at account creation, so unfortunately it wasn't something we could complete prior to your withdrawal request. That said we fully acknowledge that the back and forth communication and inconsistency between our chat and email teams was not acceptable and is something we are actively working to improve. We're sorry for the hassle and we promise to do better - next time around we'll make sure the process is faster, clearer and far less painful for you! 👑 If you have any further questions or pending requests please don't hesitate to reach out at [email protected] and we'll make it a priority! ✨ Play Bold.
