I have never met more understanding and knowledable people than Edward and Chris of Rush Tech. The Techs are really amazing in what they know and how fast they can fix a problem. Also they take the time and effort to help the computer idiots (such as myself) to better understand their problems without making us feel small or embarrassed.

everyone at Rushtechsupport has been very friendly. They took the time to explain what the work was going to do, issues that were identified, and how they would be corrected. They answered my questions, like I was talking to one of my friends. I felt comfortable, unpressured, and informed. The tech Javed was very nice, polite and friendly. gave me the information I needed and was very helpful in answering my questions. Could not connect to internet with my laptop. Edward worked his magic and figured out the problem and fixed it. He was very polite and patient with me. Edward also helped me with another problem. I really feel safe trusting my computers to Rush Tech Support.
