Также, мы предоставили объяснение того, как распределяются средства, полученные за заказ: как и в любой компании, не вся сумма уходит на стоимость самого продукта, а включает также обработку заказа, оформление подарка, стоимость доставки, прибыль компании и др. В любом случае, мы еще раз приносим свои извинения за то, что не смогли оправдать Ваших ожиданий. Dear David, Thank you very much for your feedback, which helps us improve our service. We have reviewed the correspondence with our chat agent Sophie and noticed that you have indeed been asked to wait and the wait was considerably longer than normal: 37 minutes to be exact (while the agent was doing her best to get in touch with our florist). The agent was advised that this is not the way to serve our clients and that we should have provided an update over the phone or email within an hour, instead of making you wait. The agent learned her lesson and will do a better job next time: thanks to you! I should also note that your order was received after 17:00 Moscow local time, which was nearly at the delivery cut-off for the major holiday (Women's Day). Initially, your order arrived without a recipient's phone number, which is required for all deliveries within Moscow. We have called, left a VM, emailed and received a phone number 2 hrs later from you by email, then it was after hours for that day to guarantee March 8th delivery. We still did our best and requested delivery on March 8th, but agents were overloaded and did not accept any more orders. We greatly apologize for not getting updates to you in a timely manner: our florists was slow to update us about delivery failure on the following day. Considering that recipient is leaving town we went ahead and refunded you in full for the order. In addition, you will be receiving a store credit you can use to send flowers or gifts to any address - wherever your recipient is. We deliver anywhere in Russia, CIS and Worldwide.
