I ordered a gift basked. The quality of the products was poor and not adequate to the price. It was changed from what was seen on the site and the final product cost was pretty lower. However, The customer service contacted me, apologized for the situation and proposed either some more sweets to be delivered or to give me some money back, which I appreciate.

Non metto 5 stelle perché ovviamente il disagio c'è stato e un filo di amarezza rimane, ma sono certo che RussianFlora voglia offrire ai propri clienti un'ottima esperienza. Quindi bravi. Missed delivery for 1 day without good explanation, but worked flawless the next day, great communications, will use their service again. Strongly recommend.
