This was my first time ever that I needed to use my insurance company. The situation was unexpected and tramatic at first. My adjuster Tabatha was the best. She is calm and professional and efficient. She help us through to get my house back to perfection. Thank you so much for making my beautiful home livable again!

My call to customer service was very helpful in changing my address, last name, changing to quarterly payments, and making a payment. It all went very smoothly. So much better than my first call where they were not willing to change my payment plan from once yearly to quarterly.

BEWARE OF SAGESURE! We signed up for insurance with Sagesure at our house in New Braunfels, TX. Shortly after we received a letter about needing railing for a small set of stairs on the back deck. Also there was a tree branch that needed to be removed (over the house). Took a few extra weeks on the tree trimming because of recent storm damage and nobody available. Spent $1100 on those items only to receive a letter that we were dropped... I need to send the $1100 bill to sagesure...

This company did not send me on single piece of direct correspondence in the year that I had a homeowners policy with them. Everything went through Farmers (a much better company). After a year of having a homeowners policy with them, their underwriters magically found some petty issues that needed to be addressed. After submitting photographic evidence to them (again, this was all through Farmers) that all of their concerns had been addressed to the exact requested specs, they dropped my coverage without even notifying me. This company is an absolute joke couldn't care less about their policy holders. My new policy is through Farmers.

A customer service rep, name Laura, was a pleasurehad the pleasure to speak with. She was very understanding, knowledgeable, and personable. We even had a few laughs when I told her how I found out about the water damage first thing in the morning before my morning coffee, which needless to say is a bad start to any morning before coffee. LOL!! Ahe made the claims process, easy and quick. Thank you!
