I did not have to wait on hold for a representative, After making my option choice a representative answered right away! Didn't even have to argue with A.I. (Artifical Ignorance) Representative was courteous and very informative. It was a pleasure actually speaking with someone!

Showed up to my house unnanounced to take pictures. They spoke with my son who is 16. They asked if an adult was home and he said no. They said they will come back later. They then tell my broker they are cancelling my insurance because they were told to get off the property. They are lying. Later, someone called me to schedule a time they can come by and I made sure it worked with my wife's schedule. What a novel idea...calling a scheduling a time to make sure the property is accessible and an adult is present. Pictures were taken and now I received cancellation letters in the mail. This company is bold faced lying to the broker and expecting to show up to my property unannounced? Ridiculous.

I called in for assistance and it was easy to reach a live person, no long wait time and the representative solved my problem with one phone call
