SamsaraReviews of samsara.com

Our company was looking for new GPS tracking for our fleet. We came across Samsara and I had a sales rep reach out to me. Christian was great in showing me all the things that Samsara can do for us as a small business. The system is fantastic and the real time viewing on where your fleet is hands down the best. I would recommend Samsara to any small business or large company looking to keep track of their fleet to give Samsara a try.

I came to Samsara bc the other guy was not willing to work with me. You guys not only were helpful when we signed up but also through the complete process of transitioning. You guys continue to help me as needed and that is also important to me. Thank you.

If you leave over the weekend it’ll take you a while to get it to go online again. Very frustrating. Also your info is spread over many pages so you have to search to see if it’s accurate. The wifi is weak and the gps has proven to be worthless to me.

Absolutely horrific customer service and more bugs than any other company we've had. Not a single call to them resulted in a resolution they always blame the company or the driver. We made the mistake of canceling our internet and using the wifi samsara offers. If you have no signal it won't update and then the second u get signal it updates boom now you have violations that can't be fixed because the system showed the driver the wrong information. Goes from off duty to on duty or drive for no reason. I had an employee that left the company had been gone over a month n magically he went on duty for 2 weeks because I didn't think to monitor someone deactivated but according to customer service that was impossible sent it to tier 2 n of course got the email telling us to do the same troubleshooting as the tier 1 person. Trailer tracks don't work at all it'll show it in a completely different state than its actually in because they don't get signal and go dead. They will not call you they only send scripted emails until you just give up and accept the fact if you get audited you'll have a fine. They refuse to tell me when our contract is up or the penalty for cancelation it's beyond a joke highly recommend going elsewhere.

Do not recommend this company whatsoever! Completely disrespected by the Samsara hiring team in London! Interview process started in mid November 2021 and ended mid March 2022 for a relatively junior level position. Moreover, I was kept in the dark throughout the process - there was absolutely no transparency from the beginning to the end. I don't think even companies with a "bad reputation" in hiring would treat candidates as poorly as I have been treated. Shocked, horrified and now I feel like I have dodged a bullet. If they treat candidates like this, I wonder how bad the company culture is actually like once hired.

I Own a Car Rental Company and I have used different gps in the past. I found samsara during the pandemic and was very happy with the customer service. I worked with Frank and he was a pleasure to work with and explained everything and sent articles for me to read up on it. The dashboard is very simple to activate and locate each device. In about 10 months only one device has died. Battery change is simple and easy! This is your right choice.

Très bon system de géoloc, très facile a installer et prise en main très rapide que très intuitif.

With our recent purchase of the Samsara AI Camera system we found it to be a very simplistic, easy installation. The benefits of having the two-way camera enhances our driver/operators driving abilities. This product meets all of our needs and expectations for creating a safer work environment.
