My order was smooth and I am happy with my purchase, however I wonder if I need to add more water. Will you please email instructions about this? I have wonderful sand formations, and then they just all poof when the end of the sand is near. It is not as pretty as seen on your website. Thanks for any help.

Gave it to my 20 year old for his b’day. He loves it but I wish I had got a bigger one. Bought two more for two other grandchildren for Christmas

I did not receive what I ordered. The maintenance kit that I needed for my sand sculpture is not what I received. All I received was a syringe, but no needle. When I contacted Sand Art Home the response I received was “sorry about that” As far as I am concerned, this was a SCAM.

Hi Dee, Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that this was indeed an unfortunate human error — your injector was shipped without the needle, and as soon as you contacted us, we immediately offered a solution and issued a full refund without hesitation. You had confirmed that you would remove your review after the refund, but unfortunately that hasn’t happened. While we understand your initial frustration, we did everything possible to make things right and resolve the issue quickly and fairly. As a small business, reviews like this can be very damaging despite our best efforts to help. We hope you’ll consider updating or removing your comment to reflect the full context of the situation. Thank you.

Ordered the orange one for my sister for her birthday. She loves it, I love it and everyone who comes to visit her loves it! It is quite popular with visitors! It arrived quickly (well before her Birthday), and was packed securely. I am very happy with this purchase! I nailed the birthday gift this year!! 😊. Thank you!
