Bought on 19th January for £44.99
Bought on 19th January for £44.99. Worked for a couple of months, now leaking, Not worth the money and are cheaper elsewhere. Very dissapointed now have to throw it away

Nach ein paar Wochen defekt und kein Support
Habe im Januar das größte Glas zum Aufhängen gekauft, weil ich lange darüber nachdachte und auf die permanente FB Werbung dann doch reagiert habe (um nicht zu sagen drauf reingefallen bin). Das Paket kam gut verpackt direkt aus China - Wasser/Luft Verhältnis von Anfang an schlecht, dachte aber, das lag an den Druckverhältnissen im Flugzeugt und wird sich wieder legen. War auch ein paar Monate so, aber jetzt ist auf einmal die Dichtung undicht geworten und die Luft drückt das Wasser raus. Support vom Unternehmen gleich Null. Keine Rückgabe, keine Reparatur, ständig nur derselbe Hinweis, dass man doch das Loch mit Kleber wieder verschließen könne. Geht aber nicht, weil die Dichtung ja undicht ist und die Luft gar nicht mehr entfernt werden kann. Und so versucht das Unternehmen sich aus seiner Verantwortung zu stehen. Ich kann nur warnen, aber bitte jeder darf seien Erfahrung selbst machen - so wie ich auch... Nie wieder.

Het is normaal dat er na een tijdje wat onderhoud nodig is, en we hebben je duidelijke instructies gegeven over hoe je het probleem kunt oplossen door wat lijm op het gaatje aan te brengen. We begrijpen dat dit frustrerend kan zijn, en ons doel is altijd geweest om je op de best mogelijke manier te helpen. Het spijt ons als er op enig moment een misverstand was of als onze voorgestelde oplossing niet aan je verwachtingen voldeed. Na onze laatste communicatie hebben we geen verdere reactie van je ontvangen. We willen ervoor zorgen dat onze klanten tevreden zijn met hun aankoop. Better be psychic...
We bought a large wall piece and it didn't come with an injector. Over time the water level dropped due to evaporation and it needed to be topped up. Went to their site and bought an injector pack. It didn't come. Wrote to them to advise I was still waiting, and that I couldn't source an appropriate size here in Australia, so they sent out another one. Didn't come. Was advised that it may be due to customs in Australia (fair enough not their fault) so Emma advised to purchase another piece and she would credit the money paid for injector pack to it and throw in an injector pack. OK, did that and purchased another piece. It came and when I went to use the injector it was far too small for the original piece, being suited only for the smaller piece that it just came with. Wrote back and said the injector was too small for the original piece and was told I never mentioned it was for a large piece. Pretty much, not interested, goodbye. 1. On the website there is only one choice of injector pack size. which is what I bought. Nowhere in the store page, FAQS etc is there any mention of a different injector needed for the large art. 2. In all the correspondence not once did she ask what art piece we had! Instead she turned it on us, as though we are supposed to know that there is a different injector needed! Just not good enough for what we paid and to end it with "well you never said" (despite you never asking?!) and sort it out yourself is not good enough. Feel completely scammed into buying another piece that we didn't want or need now and with a very bad taste in our mouths. Never again.

When you purchased the standard injector pack, we had issues with the delivery due to customs restrictions in Australia, which are beyond our control. After that, we sent a second pack that was also held up in customs due to the country's strict regulations. We apologized for these inconveniences, and to avoid further problems, we offered to send you a Sand Art piece with a discount equivalent to the injector pack price, including the injector inside the box to bypass any customs issues. Unfortunately, the injector included was the standard size you initially purchased, which is suitable for most of our pieces. On our website, we clearly indicate which products require a standard injector and which require a larger one. At no point did you mention that you needed the larger injector for a bigger piece, and we had no way of knowing this. Therefore, we sent the injector that matched your original purchase. We apologize if this was not clear in our communication and understand your frustration. We want to ensure our customers have a good experience with us, and we encourage you to review the specifications on our website for future reference. I am taking this opportunity to say how happy I am with my Sand Art product. Having bought three pictures now, I can say how impressed I am with this company. Packaging was excellent with a helpful and friendly staff in support. I might add that I recently purchased another piece from a different company and was very disappointed with the quality. It cost less but was not worth the money I spent. I will be only using Sand Art in future. Thank you. Patricia.

Na 59 dagen nog steeds niet ontvangen
Een bestelling waarvoor ik op 20 januari heb betaald Een bestelling waarbij ik zeg dat ik een onderdeel mis sinds 3 februari Een bestelling waarbij de firma beweert dat deze al vóór 15 februari is verzonden Een bestelling waarbij deze firma op 19 maart nog steeds geen fatsoenlijk trackingnummer kunt doorgeven Ik vrees dat ik iedereen moet aanraden , blijf weg van deze firma Veel beloven, maar niets doen

The Sand Art was delivered within 8 days, but unfortunately, the maintenance injector took longer to arrive due to strict Belgian customs regulations, which are beyond our control. Since the package took longer than expected, we decided to refund the money for the injector as compensation for the inconvenience. De Sand Art werd binnen 8 dagen geleverd, maar helaas duurde de levering van de onderhoudsinjector langer vanwege de strenge Belgische douaneregels, waar wij helaas geen controle over hebben. Het spijt ons zeer voor deze vertraging en we hebben geprobeerd je op elk moment op de hoogte te houden van de situatie. Omdat het pakket langer onderweg was dan verwacht, hebben we besloten om het geld voor de injector terug te storten als compensatie voor het ongemak. Onze excuses als dit niet duidelijk werd gecommuniceerd en voor eventuele verwarring die hierdoor is ontstaan. Brilliant product. Works really well.
Brilliant product. It works really well - despite several other poor imitations - . Colours as ordered. Communications good, allow about 10 days for delivery, but its worth waiting for. Quality. Recommended.

Dreadful customer service from Emma C.
Dreadful customer service from Emma C. I asked to return a free standing one in line with statement on website. Was told I’d have to get my own label and pay for postage. This I did using the address supplied on the company website. It went back to Spain so got tracking and waited. It’s still sitting in a warehouse in Madrid, apparently the address for returns on their website is wrong. Is this even legal? And if she told me to get my own label why, at that stage, did Emma not supply me with the correct returns address? Preparing to send the return in good faith, I was told I could not exchange the product for the wall mounted version I realised my mum needed so purchased this. It eventually arrived, unfortunately it took so long my mum had died and I wanted to return it as it was unopened and putting it up would make me upset. I was told by Emma C that this product is “exempt from returns”, whatever that means. So I’ll try and sell it because it is a nice product it’s just a shame the customer service is so dreadful it just makes the whole company appear to be a sham. If your product and company is genuine, you should accept returns with good grace and assist customers in making these. Emma C has made my life harder at a tough time when I am grieving.

Regarding your request to return one of the products, as stated in our return policy on the website, some of our items are exempt from returns due to logistical reasons. Being a heavy and fragile item, many logistics companies do not accept returns for this product type. We genuinely regret any distress this caused, especially given your circumstances, and tried to communicate this as clearly as possible. As for the second product, we provided the correct return address on our website. Unfortunately, the initial return was sent to a different address, which is the location where orders are consolidated before being dispatched by our logistics partner. This is not the return address indicated in our return policy. When we learned about this issue, we worked to get the product returned to you so that it could be sent to the correct address. Once the item was returned to us, we processed the refund accordingly. We strive to provide good customer service and support our customers the best way we can. We are genuinely sorry that this situation caused additional stress for you during a difficult time. VORSICHT! Es handelt sich NICHT um Sonderanfertigungen. Die gleiche Ware gibt es bei anderen Anbietern (amazon) zu einem Drittel des Preises. Der Versand dauert länger, als angegeben. Und Retouren sind NICHT möglich, da immer alles im Sale angeboten wird. Bitte kauft bei anderen Anbietern. Dieser Shop hat euer Geld nicht verdient. Das sind Betrüger!!!
