Hi Natalie, Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the situation for transparency. You received your order within the delivery timeframe indicated on our website. After receiving it, you contacted us regarding the sand flow. As with many sand art pieces, minor adjustments to air balance can sometimes be needed due to temperature and pressure changes during transport. For that reason, we provided detailed instructions on how to adjust it safely using the included syringe, which is standard maintenance guidance. We also requested photos and videos in order to properly assess the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund was appropriate. This is part of our normal quality control process and applies to all customers equally. We cannot issue refunds without first verifying the reported defect. There was no intention to delay your case. During the holiday season we experienced a very high volume of emails, which unfortunately caused longer response times. However, we did respond and attempted to assist you step by step. Regarding your question about fixing a new product, sand art is a dynamic product that can require minor tuning after shipping. This does not mean it is defective. We are a legitimate business and all contact is handled via email by real team members. Finally, although we followed our standard process, we did process your return and issued a full refund to you. We remain committed to resolving matters professionally and fairly.

Hi Miriam! We are very sorry your package took longer than expected to arrive. During the Christmas season we experienced an unusually high demand, and this was also the first time we were shipping directly to Denmark, which unfortunately caused additional delays while working with the local carrier.
