The cedar smells incredible and feels solid—no cheap particleboard. It honestly looks like a piece of fine furniture in my home.

As we always say, saunas should be made from Cedar! Thank you Andy!

I found this sauna at Cavallo Point (my favorite spa) and it was super nice. I called Chris and now I have one.

That’s amazing to hear — Cavallo Point is such a beautiful place, and we’re honored to be part of their experience! Thank you again!

Thank you for sharing that! We hear the same from so many customers—there’s nothing like a great night’s sleep after a sauna session. So glad it’s making a difference for you!

Fantastic Sauna - Worth Every Penny Absolutely love my sauna. The heat is deep and soothing and I feel more relaxed and clear-headed after every session. Sleep has improved, stress is way down and I’m drinking more water and making better health choices overall. Highly recommend!

Truly appreciate you sharing this—hearing how the sauna is helping you feel clearer, sleep better, and take care of yourself more intentionally is exactly why we do what we do. Really glad it’s been such a worthwhile investment for you.

I rarely leave any reviews, but Saunacloud by far exceeded my expectations in therms of their care for their clients. We got a custom sauna made by them and had to make so many changes to the project, that was causing a significant delays, but saunacloud team made it all possible for us to finish the project on time and coordinated all deliveries to accommodate our schedule and a handyman. Nowadays it’s rare that people show care, but you guys truly deserve five stars and now we can enjoy our beautiful sauna. Thank you.

I very much appreciate this, especially knowing you don’t usually leave reviews. We know your project had a lot of twists, and it means a lot that you felt supported through it all. Enjoy your sauna — you earned it.

Sauna Cloud requires 100% payment up front which we provided. However, three separate times they sent incorrect wood cuts and wood grains that took more than 2 months to get corrected which delayed our installation and added costs to the sauna build of $1500. The owner is a lousy businessman who doesn’t return calls and hides behind his team.

Dear Dianne, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we're disappointed to learn about your experience, we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Throughout our 11-year history, we've built our reputation on delivering exceptional service and quality saunas. In this case, we encountered several unexpected challenges, including supply chain issues that affected our wood specifications. We acknowledge this created complications in meeting your expectations. We understand this may have caused some frustration, and we could have communicated this more clearly from the start. We genuinely strive to provide outstanding experiences for all our customers, as reflected in our track record of positive feedback over the past decade. Each project matters to us, and we continuously work to improve our processes based on customer input. If you'd like to discuss your concerns further, please reach out to me directly. My new infrared sauna has been a game-changer for my well-being. The entire experience, from easy order placement and excellent communication to flawless delivery and setup, has been nothing short of exceptional. The sauna itself is beautiful and the infrared heat and chromotherapy has become a nonnegotiable part of my wellness routine. I've noticed reduced stress, less muscle soreness, quick recovery from workouts and an overall strong sense of well-being. I highly recommend this sauna for its outstanding quality, hassle-free process, and undeniable health benefits. Incredibly with my purchase.
