SawBlade.com has excellent products, so I continued trying to use the account I had set up previously. After several tries, I used the chat feature. James, the representative, found my account and facilitated my order. I am 82, and this could be entirely my lack of computer skills, but your site was a challenge for me. I am very satisfied that Agent James was able to complete my requests.

Well I found the website could not answer all of my questions, So I emailed and someone named James Tonilon answered very quickly. He gave me the answers quickly without question. That's customer service.

Easy to order, prompt filling and shipping of the blades, run smoothly and quiet, and cuts fast in 2" hardwood crosscut and rip - what is not to like?
