Outstanding customer service. I have a 30 year old Laguna bandsaw that I wanted to upgrade but could not locate a supplier that could provide guides for an old saw. These guys answered my questions quickly and identified the correct guide. Very pleasant experience!

I unfortunately ordered the wrong model part for my bandsaw. Customer Service was very helpful finding the correct model part and advising me on how to return the wrong one. They were very kind and professional in my hour of need.

I had a minor issue with my blades. SawBlade immediately sent me a return label and addressed the issue. The blades cut like butter through the oak logs I tested them on. Nicest cuts of any blade I've used. They stand behind their product 100%. I will order again.
