Placed an order on November 24, it didn't ship until December 15, and we're still waiting as of December 26! Based on their most recent timeline, it could take up to January 5 to arrive. Ridiculous amount of time to process the order. If I had realized, I would've just ordered from somewhere else.

Ordered a subscription box for a Christmas present on NOVEMBER 27th with a supposed shipping time of December 7th. After realized it had not shipped yet, I emailed the company on December 13th and the rep assured me they will work on shipping it by the end of the week. It is now the end of the next week and tracking shows it has still not been scanned, and there is no way it will make it in time for Christmas. I understand that disruptions happen especially during the holidays, and that it why I ordered it in November. Almost 1 month processing time is unacceptable.

Lots of scents to pick from. If the monthly scent is not to your liking, you can request an exchange. Great way to experience new fragrances

Products available are great. However their shipping is so dang slow. I exchanged something 11/02 and the website says it received and PROCESSING. It’s now 12/5. This happens every month. Processing is a nightmare.

No product ever arrived although they were quick to take the money. Waiting for a reply from the company but am cancelling and asking for a refund. Please don't waste your money on this.

I love this product! I was a costumer of a different scent company and they made changes I wasn’t a fan of. It was so easy to find this company and get my scent picked out in minutes. They have an amazing selection and it comes super fast. The boxing is gorgeous and I love that it comes color coded and labeled for someone who is insanely organized. It’s totally worth the investment!

Bit of context: I'm subscribed from the UK and I've had a pretty awful experience with my first ever scentbox order. Everything was going smoothly at first but discovered that they had dispatched my item to the wrong address. At first I thought I must have goofed but I double and triple checked and I gave them the correct shipping address but whoever was dispatching that day must have been drunk or something. No idea where they pulled that address in Kent London from. Anyway nobody available via customer service to help no option to rectify the mistake. Furthermore I realised there isn't an option to cancel a subscription from their site (You have to call them - apparently). Anyway I'm not jumping through hoops to get all this crap sorted. I simply charged back the subscription cost that I paid from my bank and also asked them to block any further subscription payments from Scentbox. Simple but effective. I'd advise you not to deal with them.

I got my first smell that I chose can't wait for my second smell all the perfumes I chose put in order in which month I wanted to receive them the perfume lasted the whole 30 days I still have extra to spray in the bottle lol
