There was some confusion between scholartrip and CEA CAPA about the voucher code which made some difficulty when booking flight. But I appreciate how communicative scholartrip was and they were very helpful.

You waited so long to book the flight became unavailable. Worst site ever. Sent conforming bills to my credit card and did not return test money. Obvious fraud site.

Epic fail. Didn't issue my ticket. Maybe it was a one off glitch but didn't work for me

Hello Mark, The cancellation of your booking was due to unconfirmed test amounts that we were waiting for you to complete. Despite several email follow-ups, we did not receive a response from your end. You may refer to the emails sent under your booking code C3E0FE5 with the subject line “Credit Card Verification.” Since 24 hours had already passed without confirmation, the system automatically cancelled your reservation due to inactivity, as part of our security policy. You may proceed with booking again at your convenience. Kindly ensure that you monitor your email closely for any verification requests to avoid similar issues in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

Not reliable, wasting time, no answer to the phone, canceled my reservation without reason.

Dear Al-Haddad, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you. Due to delays in completing the required payment verification through the test amount process, the flight segments became unavailable. As a result, the airline automatically cancelled the reservation. Please note that email notifications regarding the failed booking and reason was sent to your email. We understand your concern regarding phone accessibility. Due to the high volume of calls, there may be instances where we are unable to answer immediately. However, you may always reach us via email at [email protected], where we can guarantee a response and further assistance. We truly regret the inconvenience this has caused and kindly encourage you to try booking again at your convenience. We will be happy to assist you throughout the process to ensure a smoother experience.

Dear Tianxiao, We are sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize that you felt our customer service was extremely slow and that our communication did not meet your expectations. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We understand how important timely and respectful assistance is, and we regret that we fell short in your case. Your feedback has been noted and will be reviewed internally to help us improve both our response times and the quality of our support. We appreciate your time in sharing this, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Late in the evening, I booked a ticket on ScholarTrip for a family vacation and then went to bed. To ScholarTrip's credit, they tested my credit card with small charges before attempting to reserve tickets, but by the time we confirmed in the morning, fares and fees had apparently changed. Good on the company: they asked and held our reservation before charging our card. Customer service could not, however, explain the change in fares and fees, and could not forward my call to the ticketing side. There are some respects in which even this feature of the company might count to its credit, but in this case, it drops my rating from five stars to four; and it could have been worse! So enter Customer Service Agent Sarah, who deserves at least six stars for patiently seeking an explanation of the newly-changed fares as best she could, and guiding me back through the site registration and booking process — in detail — while holding my former reservation. She even outlined our process in writing over email, and helped me to double check coupons and promo codes in the fare breakdown, in order to avoid false expectations. She not only addressed my questions one by one and went back through the site registration and booking processes with great patience, but also asked regularly and cheerfully about any other ways she could assist. She is a stellar Customer Service Agent.
