Jercel was very helpful! His email format on flights with prices and all the options made it very easy for me to understand what was going on. He remembered my concerns at hand, which made it more personal to complete my trip plans with him rather than dealing with another trip advisor and having to re-explain myself.

Not worth the hassle. They wanted all kinds of verification including copies of passports and credit cards, and you had to verify small amounts sent to your credit card, etc.. Seemed very sketchy. Ultimately did not book because they kept asking for more and more info and I was not comfortable.

Such a wonderful experience, especially Mellan Rivas who helped me to change the best option of my flight due to the major schedule change on my original flight by the airline. Thanks Mellan, good job, I really appreciate. Give you a thumb up, what a relief for me, hope there is no more changes by the airline.

Mellan Rivas helped me change my flight. He is very professional, polite, informative and prompt. He is assertive in getting the answers I want and play a great middle person role between the airline and the customer. It’s my first time trying out Scholar Trip and was a bit worried there may be complications, but Mellan helped me to believe this is a legit, safe, company with employees who strive to help with our needs. Thanks again for all your help Scholar Trip and Mellan!

I booked round trip from US to China. The china airline canceled my trip. So I called scholarTrip. They said will email to me soon. The I received email. The email says I can full refund. After second day. They said just cancel one ticket that U.S.A. to China. From china to US need to pay cancellation fee. Why they didn’t tells me or email me about this.
