Fast response

The Scispace is great! It completely changed my research, and the customer service is supportive.

The product itself is great and the client support was efficient and helpfull.

The support team personel was very swift in resolving my issue. Really a great experience.

I requested a refund because the product I received after subscribing was different from what I intended to use. They handled it wonderfully, and the refund was processed smoothly. I definitely want to give it another try next time.

Scispace helped m to find out patterns of research in my research area.

Çok hızlı bir şekilde dönüş oldu. Yıllık planim demodan ücretli tarifelendirmeye geçiş olmuştu. Ben de kullanmıyordum ve unutmuştum. Destek ekibe mail attim ve hızlıca dönüş yaparak para iademi gerçekleştirdiler. Gerçekten çok teşekkür ederim. 7 iş günü içerisinde paranın kartıma yansımasını bekleyeceğim.

I appreciate their professionalism, courtesy, and ethical approach in handling user issues. Their support has been excellent, and I’m grateful for the way they assisted me throughout the process.
