The discount code didn’t work. Was hoping the mirror would be $400 including delivery. This is the second mirror like this I’m buying. The first one i bought last year for myself and then this one is for my friend. But $470 is too expensive.

It takes a long time to receive your product. I am very happy with your products and pricing but delayed shipping is a problem for me.

Hello Nancy, thank you for your feedback. It is very much appreciated. In looking at the tracking on your order it does look like your order was delivered within 5 business days of your order being placed. I apologize if there was any inconvenience with that shipping timeframe. I'm going to request that one of our Customer Care Specialists reach out to you to discuss this in more detail to see how we can better display our shipping timeframes. Thank you again for being a valued customer and for your feedback.

I love your website. I bought the candle holders which I really like. But to be honest, your shipping is crazy expensive. Now that I know that I doubt I’ll do another order.

Thank you for your feedback! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We understand how frustrating shipping costs can feel these days. For small parcel orders under $300, we use a flat-rate shipping model of $19.95. This rate is actually a cap, meaning if a carrier quotes us a lower shipping cost (for example, $12), we’ll pass that savings directly to our customers. In this case, the actual FedEx cost to ship your candlesticks was higher than $19.95, so you were only charged our capped rate. For future reference, we do also offer free shipping on all orders over $300! We’re grateful for your order and your feedback, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions, we’re happy to help. Scout & Nimble

Always frustrating when u sign up to get a discount and then always always there are exclusions. Will not shop here again. Shipping is also ridiculously priced.

I bought a rug and some nightstands, but they weren't the color they were shown to be on the website. The quality of the nightstands was disappointing; the wood had impurities, and it looks like they scuffed it up as part of the design to hide them, the rug was nice quality, just the wrong color!

I am still waiting for an item that I ordered over a month ago and you never send updates

The tray I bought is described as 19.69" x 19.69". In actuality it is much smaller - 15" x 15". It's a cool tray, but I was looking for something bigger.

I was so excited to purchase I overlooked that this was a brush gel piece. For the steep price I’m extremely disappointed. Google brush gel if you don’t know what that means
