Faxes did send. My issue is with billing. I canceled by end of trial date. I never got a confirmation so I emailed 3 additional times and left 2 voicemails. Unsurprisingly I received a $29.00 bill. I do not recommend.

It's OK. They don't have business plans that will benefit businesses. They charge lots of money for overage. I pay more in overage than plan. I provided them an opportunity to partner with my EHR company so that their software can be invoked from within EHR. They didn't care.

We are unable to receive all faxes. 5% of income faxes are never received and we have to direct people to fax to our back office fax line Update: I have tried multiple times to have this issue resolved through support. I am told the person sending the fax has a problem with their phone line. but yet they can fax to my back office fax no problem. Tell me how that makes sense?
