Why is it that when my company receives and sends faxes, I get three emails telling me each time? It didn't used to be this way, but my email notifications are tripled. I wish there was a way to call and talk with a representative rather then send an email each time I have a need or question. The lag time is just too slow sometimes to get done what I need to do.

We have been using sFax for a number of months now. It's working well except we are having a bit of trouble porting existing numbers which seems to take up to 2 weeks.

Thanks for your review! Porting is often a sore subject but we do everything in our control to move the porting process along as quickly as possible. We have a dedicated porting team who specialize in collecting the required documentation, providing that tot the carrier, and then staying in constant communication with them. We realize that porting fax numbers is not an easy process and we wish it was easier as well.

As an efax it has many features I like and expect, tracking, ability to look back etc. But Everytime I leave the page I have to sign back in. It is often very slow to load, and cumbersome to search. It's just OK

I appreciate your response. Because our focus is on healthcare and compliance, we are required to have controls over sessions. We have defaulted the timeout to 15 minutes of inactivity. So, if you aren't active in the system for 15 minutes you are automatically timed out so that no one else can access your PHI if you happen to have walked away from your machine. We couldn't port our existing fax number. We liked the software, but it wasn't worth the amount of work that would go into changing the fax number everywhere for a doctor's office, nor did we want to pay for two services so that we could forward our number.

I'm sorry for your experience. Unfortunately porting isn't up to us. We would love to be able to port all numbers in but some fax providers will not release fax numbers. We do not hold fax numbers hostage. If you want to leave for any reason we have no problem releasing your fax number but unfortunately not all providers think the way we do :(

I get emailed monthly from a different salesperson trying to sell us the next package up because we get overages on our current plan. The next tier up will cost us MORE than what paying the overages would. I explain this to a different salesperson on a monthly basis. It's really frustrating. The service itself is simple and straightforward. I've always been satisfied with the system.
