I ordered a Premium Twinwallet Basco Brown 4 months ago and have been completely delighted by it. It looks sleek and professional, but also compact. The mechanism works perfectly. I also bought their coin pocket for a couple of pound coins. Really impressive stuff.

We’ll do our very best to find a suitable solution together. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Kind regards, The Secrid Customer Care Team

Quality does not meet with the campagne. After 18 months of using it, it does not hold the cards any more.

Sandro.

Beautiful product and amazing customer service. There was a slight problem with my product and they replied to my e-mail very quickly and found an appropriate solution to the problem. Almost rarely have I had such a good experience with a company's customer service. Thank you.

I've bought a Secrid Miniwallet from the Munchen Airport, as I had some Miles that were about to expire, and since I needed a new wallet, I decided to give it a try. It was the best decision! The quality is extraordinary, it's really elegant and practical. And they give you so many options to choose from. Not to mention that their customer support is outstanding. I strongly recommend this brand and product.
