Cordiali saluti, Secrid

Dear Richard, Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It is wonderful to hear that your wallet served you well for years and that our customer care team could help restore it quickly and smoothly. We believe products should be built to last and, when needed, be repairable rather than replaceable, so it means a lot to hear that this made a positive impression. Thank you for your trust, your loyalty, and for taking the time to leave this review. We hope you enjoy your wallet for many more years to come. Kind regards, Secrid
