Hi Bea, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We are happy to hear that you appreciate the authenticity registration feature, and we understand why adding a personal name registration would make the experience feel even more special and connected to the owner. We always enjoy hearing ideas like this because they help us think about how we can improve both the product and the experience around it in meaningful ways. We will make sure to pass your suggestion along to our team. Kind regards, Secrid

Hi Tiffany, We are very sorry to read about your experience and we understand your frustration, especially after running into a similar issue more than once. When you invest in a wallet, you should be able to trust both the product and the support behind it, and it is clear that we did not meet your expectations here. We also want to clarify that our Core Collection wallets can safely hold metal cards under normal use. The Premium Collection with the CP+ mechanism was specifically developed with metal cards in mind, but cards falling out of a Core Collection wallet should not normally happen. In cases like this, wear of the friction element can sometimes play a role and this is something that should have been properly investigated together with you instead of leaving you feeling unheard. We hear your disappointment regarding the warranty process and the recommendation to purchase another wallet. That is not the experience we want customers to have, especially as we believe in creating products with a long lifespan that can be repaired and used for many years. Your feedback about communication, expectations, and customer care is valuable and we will make sure it is shared internally. Thank you for taking the time to explain your experience so openly, even though we understand it comes from frustration. We genuinely appreciate the criticism and the chance to improve. Kind regards, Secrid

Dear Westly, We are sorry to hear that the mechanism did not meet your expectations. A wallet should feel reliable every time you use it, so we understand how disappointing this experience must have been. We design our products for long term use and carefully test the Cardprotector mechanism, which makes it especially important for us to hear when something does not work properly. Please feel free to contact our support team so we can look into this with you and find an appropriate solution. Kind regards, Secrid

Dear Ryan, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear that you lost your card and understand how frustrating that must have been. From your description, it sounds like you may have been using a metal credit card in one of our regular Miniwallet models. As metal cards are significantly heavier and often slightly thicker than standard plastic cards, they can affect the long-term retention of the original Cardprotector mechanism, which was designed for standard cards. We’ve seen metal cards become increasingly popular in recent years, which is why we developed a new premium mechanism specifically engineered to securely hold metal cards even better, something that is currently unique in the market. We regret that this misunderstanding led to a disappointing experience for you. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us continue improving both our products and the way we communicate their compatibility. Kind regards, Secrid
