A three year journey
My partner and I contacted Select Commercial approximately three years before making a formal loan application. During that time we were impressed with Stephen Sobin's integrity, knowledge, and thoughtfulness. Rather than rushing us into a premature refinance of our 69 unit apartment complex, he invested time and energy--and trust in us--so that when the appropriate time came we could maximize the benefits of refinancing.
