My wife and I were looking for a special commercial loan to help us maximize cash flow. I found Select Commercial Funding on-line. Of all the companies I spoke with, Stephen Sobin was the only one who could provide what we were looking for; A 30 year amortization with 2 years interest only. I'm thankful for all the hard work he and his company did from start to finish!
