Let me start by saying at first I wasn’t happy with them. Phone got a low ball offer from The initial quote and I was mad. Didn’t like the situation and felt cheated. Daniel, the supervisor, reached out to me and treated me like a human, and wanted to explain and then listen to my take. We worked together and it ended not 100% like I wanted but definitely on way more solid ground. Turned a 1 star into a 4 star. Kudos Daniel.

EDIT: They fixed the cost of the phone. They are also adding a new option for phones screens that are damaged but full functional. Heat got this phone and cracked the screen below. Otherwise almost like brandnew if you look at it from the looks of it. Screen replacement = nearly flawless phone. screen replacement = < 200 if you do it yourself.
