Ordered birthday flowers for my daughter on June 26 for July 1 delivery. July 1 - no flowers. Called customer service and they said would deliver the next day. It is the next day and still no flowers. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I ordered a tea basket and a bear with balloons to be delivered. Both said same day delivery. I picked a Saturday delivery and paid extra. They don't have the basket I ordered OR the bear with balloons. They offered me a refund of the extra fee for Saturday delivery and wanted to send a floral arrangement. I refused because if I had wanted a floral arrangement sent, I would have sent one. It was the most horrific experience I have had! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very much upset First, when you calling to the customer service, you speak with the people who don’t know what they’re talking about They cannot describe anything they don’t know the amount of flowers. They don’t know what kind of flowers I’ve been told if I will order premium. The amount of flowers will be more than it shows on the picture, but I’ve got exactly what it shows on the picture I paid more to have more than six roses shown and after all, I didn’t receive what I want I just paid for nothing Not recommend to anyone

They charged extra for weekend delivery - Sunday in my case - and then claimed that there was no available florist in the area to deliver on Sunday. They did not bother to contact me about problems with the order, I called at the end of the day to inquire where the flowers are. Delivery for a birthday was never made.

Do not trust for timely delivery. They never delivered the bouquet to the church. At least they refunded my $$.

Flowers where nice once they made it to my mom. Unfortunately the delivery went wrong for this Mother's Day celebration. My other gift made it inside to her facility apartment with no problems, however, the flowers were left outside the building. A nice lady recovered them and brought them inside the common area. According to the delivery, the time difference was about 3-4 hours before my sisters arrival and they took the flowers to my mom.
