Ordered an item, two days later my account link stopped working. Contacted customer service who said it would ship shortly. Then received a refund with no explanation at all.

Not trust worthy
I ordered a "refurbished" Google PE2950 that was supposed to have had the BIOS and all firmware updated. It wasn't. After 2 emails and trying to leave a VM for support ("voice mailbox full") I got no response. I I finally resolved the problem on my own. Bottom line: do not trust this company, and don't be fooled by their claim of a warranty and support,.. Buy from them and you're on your own!
