Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are so sorry to hear about the inconvenience, as we completely understand how upsetting that can be. Please note, per our previous email conversation, we have already issued the full refund towards the order on July 17th. Please be sure to review your bank records for the funds. The tracking shows the carriers did not deliver the package to the correct address, and for that we are so sorry. Although, we do wish to resolve this for you in the best way possible. If there's anything else we may do for you, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. All The Best, Customer Support
