Ordered a pair of Ray Ban temple tips on 8/7/16. After one month and no ship confirmation, I sent an e-mail to check on the delivery status. I was told that...get this...the tips are coming from a company in Italy and the company closes for the whole month of August for vacation! Now it's the end of October and still no shipment. It's been over 2-1/2 months!!! Never. Ever. Again.

Ordered a pair of Ray-Bans from ShadesDaddy (SD). Never received the merchandise. Contacted and they said it was my problem, not theirs. I filed a dispute with my credit card company (CCC) and they immediately call me and told me they were going to fix the issue, including refunding in full if they don't find the merchandise quick. Call them again a week later and they told me that the CCC had already refunded in full. That nothing else was to be done and that they considered the case closed. Then I found out via letter from CCC company that they fought the dispute and my refund was reverted. By the time I responded to the CCC, it was too late and SD does not answer my calls or emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR.

I really wanted to order a pair of glasses but I had a couple of questions so I used the chat function. The sales person (Adam) is terrible. Does not answer questions at all. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I usually have very good experience with the chat features on various websites. I have never had such a terrible, unhelpful experience. He lost the sale for the company today.

Ordered replacement lenses for my Ray-Ban top bars. Was told they would be here in 21 days from the date of order. Took almost 2 months, multiple calls and when I spoke the the reps all they could tell me is "you'll just have to wait". I asked to cancel and refund and got "sorry the order has already processed". To top it off the lenses were not exactly what I ordered. Instead of polarized, silver, and gradient I got polarized black. The fight to get the right lenses was not worth the headache. I suggest finding another way to get your replacement lenses

Crappy service, 36 hours to respond, no phone # and they wont return the parts that they sent out wrong in the first place. So I stuck with the wrong lenses and $50 out of pocket. What kind of SHADYness is this.

Shopping with ShadeDaddy is a HORRIBLE experience!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! They are UNORGANIZED and their customer service is basically obsolete!! I had a bad experience a first time and decided to give them another chance... shame on me for being so dumb! There is no phone number and the only way to communicate with them is to send them an email and wait for a response. When that response FINALLY arrives, it is not even helpful. Not to mention they are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They claim to sell "authentic" merchandise but what what you really get is a good copy of what you ordered. Why else would they sell at discounted prices if they can't even afford to hire real customer service. This place is a scam and it should be illegal for them to rip people off! Save your money people, in the end, their discount is not worth the headache and annoyance!! It is funny that they seem to have too many good reviews under bizrate. They are clearly writing their own reviews because they are AWFUL!

Despite reading this reviews I went ahead and I risked ordering from Shadesdaddy.com. I have to Admit that a lot of the things people write does not apply to everyone in the world. I purchase parts for my old sunglasses and even thou it took 3 weeks to arrive my parts came in and it was a perfect match to my frames. I recently ordered sunglasses and got them within 2 business days and i have some amazing results as friends family and other people always ask about my sunglasses. THEY ROCK! Please give yourself a chance to have your own experience. I emailed a few times asking about the status of my parts and was replied to within 48 hours as mentioned on their site. I ordered a pair of raybans from shades daddy. My purchase was confirmed and 24hrs later i received shipment notification and a UPRS tracking number. Three weeks later I had still not received my order and the UPRS update had not changed for about 2 weeks with my order "in transit". Then two days ago (3weeks after shipment notification and tracking number) I receive a refund notification from Paypal and SD too. I write customer service to ask why i am being refunded and they say its because the item i ordered is no longer available.So...how did you ship and even send a tracking number for an item that is no longer available??? Crooks I tell you! I am just hoping my refund actually comes through and I dont sure exchange rate losses. Prior to this order I had been looking to buy a frame for my prescription glasses. The particular frame i wanted to purchase didnt have an option to 'add to cart' so i wrote customer service for assistance. They didnt bother to respond. This site should be shut down!!!
