A full month after ordering replacement lenses, I never received an update. I called today, and they still have no clue when my order may arrive. Very poor communication. I would not use this company again.

After a month of waiting, I finally received replacement lenses that I ordered. Upon attempting to install them, I found that I had been sent to wrong size lenses. When corresponding with customer service, they refused to replace them with the correct size. I will not be using this company for any future purchases and urge you to do the same.

Pretty simple review. Ordered sunglasses, received completely wrong pair, had to initiate a return, 2 weeks later they still have my money and no update on return or credit to my account. 2nd email to customer service with no reply. Wouldn't a decent customer service action be to send me the correct sunglasses in parallel to me returning the wrong pair? waiting and wondering....

This has been one of the MOST frustrating interaction i have ever had with a company, not sure how they are still in business with customer service like this. i ordered two pair of replacement ear guards for my Rayban sunglasses in Jan 2021. the company never updated my order status. After four week i contacted customer server. they stated that orders take six week to ship, after six week with no update i contacted customer service, they said orders take eight week to ship. After eight week they did not know where the shipment was, they were going to re-order my parts. it is now early May 2021. i have no update, no replacement parts, and i cannot even get ahold of customer service. so what now? do i just accept that i have PAID for a product that i have not recieved, and have NO WAY of getting my money back or tyhe parts i ordered.... please Shadedaddy buy a book on how to run a company, this experience SUCKS. i will now keep posting negitive review where ever i can find the forum for my voice.....

Purchased my Ray-Ban lens replacements at half the price I'd previously paid directly from Ray-Ban/Luxottica, and they're exact match. Arrived in three days, well packaged with a complementary, nice sized microfiber lens cloth I'll definitely be using.

Placed an order for replacement parts on December 15. Site says they take 3-4 weeks to deliver. It’s now been 8 weeks and the worst part is I can’t get a hold of customer service. No one seems to be available on their “chat” service and they say they will get back to you by email, but never do. Literally don’t know if my parts will come, how to get a hold of someone to find out, or if I’ll even be able to ask for a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY. You're better off buying $5 sunglasses at the gas station and staring at the sun.
