*update* After further contact with customer support they have refunded me the entire amount of the original purchase. If you need to make a return ask them for a prepaid return label free of cost and you'll save yourself the cost of paying shipping like I did!

Had an issue with my package being shipped out even though I asked them to cancel my order way ahead of time. Make sure to ask for a prepaid return label because that wasn’t mentioned until after I already shipped the package back out. Customer service could be worked on to avoid these mishaps since they’re hard to contact and I could only get through to them on Instagram. Glad I got my money back tho!

I found a sunglasses that I wanted cheaper than anywhere else. It was around 10$ cheaper than the other shop that I usually buy my sunglasses (it was on sale in my regular shopping place too). I was deceived by these good reviews and just for 10$ cheaper I ordered from this Shadesdaddy. After around 2 weeks I didn’t receive any shipping or delivery notice. I emailed them twice and asked, after the second time their answer was like hey we canceled your order and we refunded the money. Then I tried to buy it from my regular shopping website but their sale was finished and it was away more than what it was. Please don’t trust this website just because they’re a bit cheaper
