Service was excellent, I was informed on the progress of my order everystep. When arrived I took the lenses to my optometrist to change into my frames and he checked them and commented on how good they are and the excellent price I paid, so I referred him to you, and some other friends too.

They took my money. After 3 weeks no response to emails. Then their website contact is invalid. It has a Norton guarantee, but they don't respond either. Don't trust this place, they will scam you.

I placed an order back in June for replacement lenses and was really excited about the price. My credit card was charged and I waited the standard 2-3 weeks for the order. It never showed up. After back and forth emails for a month and no shipping date given, I disputed the charge. The last email from them asked for my credit card information again but they already charged me.

Told me I would have then in 2-3 weeks. Five weeks after the order, and after third inquiry, still no information or response. Do you want to do business with this company??

The Front hinge fits perfectly. Shipping to Germany took 15 days. I‘m 100% satisfied.
Customer
Great products I have bought from them twice and love what i received. I took down two stars because they don’t let you know when your package has shipped they just send an email saying that you made a purchase but no email or tracking number after to let you know th status of your purchase like all companies do. The shipping does take a while and it seems longer cause they don’t keep you updated on where your package is. If they fix this i will give them 5 stars

Exceeded all expectations. Thank you.

Easy to order and communication was good. The shipping took a little longer than expected but still within time that was stated.
