Booking was very easy. Home to ship went perfectly. But no one was in port to pick up the suitcase when we disembarked the ship. I had to call, and we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to arrive before we could leave the dock area. We plan try them again.

My experience was that my luggage was picked up at my doorstep and was waiting for me outside my cabin on the ship and I arrived home on a Tuesday and my luggage arrived back at my doorstep on Friday.

The phone representatives made making the shipping experience stress free. We had Fed Ex print the shipping labels before we left on our trip. The cruise ship provided the shipping label holder so no need to buy your own. Once disembarked from the ship, ship and play retrieved our bag and it was shipped to our home. Fantastic experience.
