Mr. Schwartz,
Good morning, and thank you for your detailed review of your recent Ship Sticks experience. We are pleased to see all six of your bags were delivered ahead of schedule to Kiawah Island. However, we do regret to hear there were issues with your return shipments.
In reviewing your order, we can see that four of your bags were scheduled to be collected from the Kiawah Island Ocean Course. Those shipments were picked up as scheduled and delivered ahead of schedule back home. However, the remaining two bags were scheduled for pickup from a private residence on Kiawah Island and, as you noted, were not collected as scheduled. We sincerely apologize for that inconvenience. We can see our team refunded the pickup fees for those shipments and also provided a future-use discount, though we understand that did not eliminate the disruption to your trip.
We also apologize that one of your golf clubs was damaged during transit. All Ship Sticks golf bag shipments include $1,000 of complimentary insurance, with the option to purchase additional coverage up to $7,500. Filing a damage claim is a straightforward process that requires a few photos along with the make and model of the damaged club.
Given the multiple aspects of your experience, a member of our team will be reaching out to you directly to discuss the missed pickups, ensure we have everything needed to process your damage claim, and answer any additional questions you may have.
We appreciate your feedback and look forward to resolving these matters to your satisfaction. Thank you for your time.
