Our experience was perfect. We have a cherished Civil War Trunk that dated back to 1852. It was coming from a deceased relative. The men treated it with great care. It arrived with absolutely no issues. So much can go wrong but nothing did. We are thrilled and will use Ship Smart any other time that we require. Thank you!

It was a little more expensive that discussed but that was due to more weight than expected.

Everyone has done a fantastic job taking my antiques from Portland Oregon to Pasadena Maryland in perfect shape. One would never knew that they had travels across the US, as they had no scratches or dents. Way to go Ship Smart

Wonderful Service. I needed to get a bed set to my elderly mom from Georgia to Arizona. They did it with outstanding service. Police, nice, helped at all stages, and service was super. The employees who delivered the bed and set it up were great. My Mom and I loved the service. Kept everyone notified of what was happening and when. Thank you very much.
