SHOP.COM | Market AmericaReviews of shop.com

This is a corrupt company. Someone stole my email and cell phone number from the shop.com website. First they tried to steal by using my debit cards. I reported fraud. I got the bank to refund. But since then this person has used numerous fraudulent cards that belong to others in the amount of thousands of dollars. All under my email and cell number. Shop refused to close the account. Shop.com says they are not responsible for it. Don’t let anything you buy go through Shop.com. You will risk years of criminal misery

There are clear-cut scams on this site that are unmonitored and for which there is no help. Once scam involves MANY vendors out of Sheridan, Wyoming. BEWARE. Shipping of many products on this site is a blasted nightmare. Yun is awful! They don't deliver items, don't answer calls or emails, and your packages end up in a package black hole.

Purchases from last month. Supposedly delivered in 2 weeks, going on a month later YUN chinese tracking shows my purchases still sitting in wrong state for a week. Have requested updates several times with zero reply. I will GLADLY spend a couple extra bucks to skip SHOP.com and make my purchases from a reputable company for all future purchases.

We purchased a Zodiac necklace for our daughter who is a Sagittarius. It is a beautiful necklace from the Layered jewelry line of Shop.com. The gift box from Layered is a very classy way of boxing the velvet pouch for gift-giving. She loved it so much that she put it on right away!

I ordered a product called Lumibalm through Shop.com. The product never came. I wrote a complaint to shop.com. No reply. I wrote two complaints to the vendor, luminarabeauty.com and no reply. I asked for my money back and still haven't received it. Bottom line: Neither shop.com or luminarabeauty.com are trustworthy sites. These people are not trustworthy.

I am very impressed with the myriad of products available, and with my shop.com consultant (Jan Lehnhardt) who is sooooo knowledgeable about the Go Lean and Lumiere product lines. Delivery is fast, and Market America’s customer service is second to none. Go forth and shop with confidence!

I made the mistake of having my shipment could come through shop.com which put in my daughter’s address instead of mine. That’s because I last shipped to my daughter from this sight. It became the default. Just beware and be very careful when ordering through them. My fault for not being more careful. THERE is NO WAY to cancel order or change shipping address.

I ordered a Aussiedoodle - Pendeant and necklace on Sept,. 8, 2024 and never received the product. Contacted the seller Richirings.com via email to no avail they closed their shop. I emailed 4 times Shop.com and no one has contacted me. I tried to report the issue with SHOP and they wanted a URL to which there is none for my product since the seller is not in business. I wanted a refund. I will not use SHOP.com ever again.
