I had done a lot of research and found Shop4Seats had the best value with a good reputation. Called in to place order and Clara was very helpful and answered all my questions, she was very knowledgeable and polite. Now just waiting on my seats.

Good product but not happy that they shipped my 3 leather chairs with only one arm rest attached. I never had the choice of ordering the chairs with both arms attached, which I would have preferred.
