excellent customer service and quality products at reasonable prices

The skirt was ok. Not as bright pink as I had hoped. It is quite basic. For that reason I think the cost is too high.

Requested samples of a few different colors. I ordered a daybed skirt in bone color. The skirt was a little darker than the sample. You shouldn't send out samples, if they're not going to match the product.

Like your products, shipping was fast, however, wish to order more and you have been out of stock on items I want for many, many weeks, months. No communication on restocking until 2 days ago when got note pillowcases were available, went to order 4, was told during order only 2 available, don’t get what is going on when I can not order what I want. Confused???

Agent wss not very knowledgeable

The item came swiftly and was packaged nicely. I ordered the wrong size and the item didn't seem as soft as I expected (it may soften with use), so I chose to return the item. I used online chat to verify that the receipt with package was sufficient instead of original receipt. The customer service was great and quick. I just don't like the fact that I spent $6.99 on original shipping and now have to spend it again. I threw away $14 for nothing. Some other companies have a return shipping label, but not this one.

This dust shuffle was just not what I axpected...quality was just okay...I could have bought a better quality one at my local Bed, Bath & Beyond; however they were iout of stock on this size.

Placed an order for a pillow. After a couple of weeks I tried to check on the status of the order but the order number emailed to me kept returning an error that it was a bad order number. Had to call twice to speak with someone about it. The first time I called I was told the pillow would ship the following Tuesday (about 5 days from the call). Called back the second time to check on this status, same deal, old order number and new order number I was given still showed nothing had been ordered. When I told the salesperson that if my order didn't ship that day, to just cancel it, it finally shipped. Poor experience.
