I have done two orders and they both came. The king version of the high profile I love the queen one seem to be harder and give me neck pain :( but I do like these pillows I’m hoping to order soon

Product was delivered promptly and I was given excellent updates on the processes behind my order - when it was received, shipped for delivery, and when it would arrive. These were good sheets and I am happy with the quality of the stitching and fabric. They fit my bed nicely and I have enjoyed them.

Great sheets! Happy I bought them.

Great selection!

The only problem I had was not receiving email notifications that my order had been placed, shipped, etc. No email contact at all even though email address was asked for. I called to check on the order and the operator obviously had the order, checked my email address, told me she would check with the warehouse and email me with order number etc. and nada. Fortunately the order arrived a few days later. Product was as expected but I'm not sure I'll order again. They made me nervous! A certain amount of contact is expected with internet orders and none was received.

Product as advertised. The size fit our bed. The color matched color in ad. Received the product in a timely manner

My husband and I are enjoying the luxurious feeling of the pillowcases and the prints are gorgeous. The only problem is I was looking for pure satin not the polyester.

Thought the depth was 9". Package states height is 10". Its a little roomy for our king mattress, but it'll serve the purpose
