Test it before you believe what you read
a lot of the reviews seem to be about the company who uses Shopper Approved and not the actual company. So why are ppl not bashing those individuals companies for there bad service. As far as i see any review company can try and manipulate the system in some way shape or form, but if they are Google partners then they have to abide by the rules. Therefore its the company who uses the services that are really at fault. Yelp for example filters the reviews to make companies look good or bad if you pay or not. As far i see if they have multiple review platforms that's a good sign vs. just one. Otherwise we live in a world were ppl will rate you negative if the post office messes up and does not deliver your package, even though it has nothing to do with the company they purchased the product from. I see a response for almost every negative response, which says they are obviously doing there part. I kinda think ppl are not sure how reviews work and don't bother to read very well. Hopefully everyone does there own research and at lease give it a try. They are the only review company that wont lock you into a contract and they give you the balance of any unused time. I don't know about you, but they don't trap you in a deal you cant get out of, and they have thousands of customers.... so they must be with them for a reason. I would test the service thru the free trial before believing anything. After all it is the internet!
