Silverado of Lees Summit is a great facility for memory care. I am a vendor and provide therapy services to this building. The building is always kept clean and updated, but most importantly the staff are very attentive and caring to the clients. I would not hesitate to place my loved one in this building.

I have toured and worked with Silverado memory care in Southlake for many months now. The staff there is professional and caring. I so enjoy working with Jennifer and Amber. They are caring and loving. The clients that are there are treated like royalty. The facility is beautiful. I can’t say enough good!

For several years I searched for alternate care and from day one all staff members have been knowledgeable & compassionate. Not with just my husband but with my entire family. I am so thankful that he has a wonderful place that cares for him like family. The facility is well kept, great food & a wonderful outdoor space, just like home.

I am writing to express my deepest appreciation to the staff of Silverado-Alexandria Memory Care Community for their compassionate and professional care of our beloved family member and for their support of our family. Placing a family member in a memory care community is one of the most difficult decisions our family has ever made. Throughout the placement process, Silverado-Alexandria staff listened closely to our concerns and welcomed our questions. The transition from home to a memory care community is hard for both resident and family. The entire Silverado-Alexandria staff was attentive to all our needs. Our family member receives wonderful care; the staff is alert to her medical, emotional and social wellbeing. The word 'community' in Silverado's name is important; Silverado-Alexandria memory care is a community. They work diligently to build a community among residents, family members and staff. I like all the activities, outings and events available to residents. The engagement staff does just that, work creatively to engage residents. Beyond exceptional care for my wife, Silverado-Alexandria invests in the wellbeing of our family. We value professionally led support groups and regular social events for residents and families. Silverado encourages a partnership between families and administrations. When we have questions or concerns, we are listened to, issues immediately addressed. Residents and their families are respected. The physical appearance of Silverado-Alexandria is beautiful; it doesn't feel 'institutional.' All aspects of life at Silverado are very well done; it is not easy to place a beloved family member in a memory care community. But more than providing a safe place for our dearest one, we know she is well cared for in everyway, making a home for her. I am grateful to all the staff for their attentive care. Not long ago an administrator told me, "there is much joy here." I believe that is true. Thank you.

I was worried about finding a dementia facility where everyone have knowledge and understanding about the disease. Plus I wanted to know staff and patient ratio. And that is what I found here. Everyone, is friendly and know my wife's name. They know me as well. She is comfortable and so I am comfortable. She settled well. She is satisfied with care she receives. Thank you
